Production Operatives
Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our client based in Devizes who are looking for Production Operatives to join them on a temp to perm basis. Please note these are FULL time positions.
Shifts and pay rates as a Production Operative:
- 06.00 - 18.00 days. Overtime £16.69 ph
- 4 shifts on 4 shifts off. 4 x 12-hour shifts rolling
Dedicated Bus Service available from Swindon only £1.00 each way, which is free when permanent. Permanent opportunities available.
Your responsibilities as a Production Operative:
- Duties include working in a factory that produces delicious, sweet treats such as Tarts, Pies, Pastries, Yam Yams and Donuts
- Jobs can vary from feeding products into a production line.
- Topping Products
- Feeding products through a packing or flow wrapping machine
The production area smells amazing and there is a factory shop too…If you have family or friends who work there you can work together.
Production Operative - About you:
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Always follow health and safety guidelines.
- Reliable with good timekeeping.
- Good attention to detail.
