Production Manager

About This Role

This Production Manager role oversees the daily operations of multiple donut factories, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality. The position involves developing production schedules, monitoring performance, and coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all three donut factories (DF Xavierville, DF Granada, and DF Pampanga) and future donut factories, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement production schedules in collaboration with DF Supervisors, based on daily orders received from branches
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of each factory in terms of quality, output, and adherence to schedules
• Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all products meet Lola Nena's quality guidelines
• Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Logistics, and Human Resources to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly
• Train, guide, and support DF Supervisors in managing their teams and meeting production targets
• Conduct regular site visits to each factory, assessing operations and providing feedback to the Supervisors and teams
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards in each factory
• Provide regular reports to the COO on factory performance, challenges, and achievements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bakery operations, with exposure to production management
• Knowledge of bakery ingredients and processes
• Knowledgeable in GMP and SSOP
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
• Ability to work with a team and provide guidance, training, and motivation
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to handle stress and multitask
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and customer service-oriented
