Production Manager

About This Role

Reporting directly to the Management, the Production Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the entire production process, coordinating operational, organizational, and logistical activities. This role is a key position within the company, with a direct impact on KPIs and future growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring the correct balance between production capacity, workload, and delivery times
• Supervise the operational flow from order acquisition to finished product delivery
• Lead and develop production teams, promoting a culture oriented towards performance, responsibility, and continuous improvement
• Manage the allocation of human and technical resources, identifying training needs and organizational development opportunities
• Coordinate the technical functions involved in the industrial process, ensuring correct alignment between design, planning, and production
• Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery compliance
• Analyze industrial data and results, preparing periodic reports for management
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing production processes and reducing inefficiencies
• Support digitalization programs and the introduction of advanced tools for monitoring and managing operations
• Collaborate in defining industrial investments and strategic development initiatives
• Ensure constant integration between Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and technical functions
• Support internal and external audits, contributing to the maintenance of company quality and organizational standards

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Management Engineering, or related disciplines
• Consolidated experience of at least 5-10 years in roles of responsibility within structured manufacturing contexts
• Solid knowledge of production processes in industrial environments characterized by high organizational and technological complexity
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating operational functions
• Skills in production planning and optimization of production flows
• Excellent familiarity with ERP and MES systems and performance analysis tools
• Knowledge of the main continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
• Strong results and value creation orientation
