Kevin’s Roofing
Bringing people, schedules, and details together is the core of this Production Manager role, guiding each roofing project from signed contract through final inspection. You will have ownership of the day-to-day coordination, with support from the owner, office team, and experienced crews. This is a hands-on coordination and leadership role, not an installer position, and success means keeping work moving, solving problems early, and following through on details.
Nice to have:
Kevin’s Roofing is a locally owned business serving homeowners throughout Greater Fredericksburg since 1982. They specialize in roof replacements, repairs, and attic insulation, with most of their work coming from repeat customers and referrals. They are a small, experienced team that takes pride in doing good work, treating people well, and leaving every property clean.
