This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in the paint and coatings manufacturing industry. The Production Head will lead manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments
- Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, and manufacturing efficiency
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO), HSE regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, Commercial, and R&D teams
- Manage production KPIs, manufacturing costs, capacity planning, and overall plant performance
- Lead, develop, and mentor production teams while fostering a high-performance culture
- Support new product commercialization and manufacturing process improvements
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Production Manager / Production Head / Senior Manufacturing leadership role
- Proven experience within the paint and coatings manufacturing industry is essential
