Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of production events from setup through completion
- Coordinate day-to-day event logistics and help ensure all elements are ready on schedule
- Work closely with internal partners and stakeholders to keep communication clear and timely
- Track event-related details, updates, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting and help resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain a professional, proactive presence while supporting a dynamic production environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution across multiple tasks and priorities
Skills
- Experience supporting events, production, operations, or similar coordination work
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
