Job Description:-
- To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
- To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
- Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
- Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
