Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134
Hours: 6a-4:30p, OT Eligible
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize Certificates of Compliance for incoming reinforcing steel rebar shipments.
- Match mill certificates with the appropriate customer jobs.
- Prepare and assemble documentation for Bills of Lading.
- Perform accurate data entry using the ASA software system.
- Print production and shipping tags.
- Maintain organized job documentation and production records.
- Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Assist with general shop coordination and administrative support.
- Work closely with production personnel to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Mechanical aptitude or construction experience.
- Overhead crane operating experience.
- CDL or tractor-trailer driving experience is a plus.
