Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat and online platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries relating to Garmin products and services
- Develop expert knowledge of Garmin's innovative product range
- Escalate complex issues where required and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
- Stay current with new products, features, policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent Garmin's values through every customer interaction
