Product Strategist

About This Role

Planning and guiding the creation and evolution of digital products and application strategies is the core of this role. The Product Strategist identifies customer needs, prioritizes features, and delivers value to Allina Health's users and stakeholders, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to validate and refine product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Allina Health applications and products with an emphasis on viability, desirability, and the latest CX-enabled technologies
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and trends in the market
• Consult on user acquisition and marketing strategies for new products
• Contribute to commercial activity, such as providing strategic input into technology innovations, model developments, and RFP responses
• Lead ideation exercises and drive creative problem solving
• Collaborate with product management and pillar leads to craft the product roadmap and priorities
• Research, build and champion cases for new investment areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to understand customer problems, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality products
• Work closely with designers, researchers, and product managers to set the direction for products and/or portfolios and platforms
• Track and measure product performance, user satisfaction, and business outcomes
• Engage with customers to be a customer advocate within the organization to drive priorities for growth
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, development or related field in an agile, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field

Important Details

• Schedule: 8-hour day shift, no weekends
• Physical Demands: Sedentary, lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
