About the role
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company in Singapore. The role will focus on driving growth of the oncology portfolio across key accounts, developing account plans, and engaging healthcare stakeholders to support commercial objectives and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned oncology accounts and territories, including account planning, sales targets, performance tracking and identification of growth opportunities.
- Develop account strategies based on customer needs, stakeholder structures, clinical workflows and business opportunities.
- Engage with HCPs across key accounts to understand their needs, provide relevant product information and support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities across priority tumor areas and provide market and customer insights to support business planning.
- Work closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other functions to execute account initiatives and commercial activities.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biology, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
- 1–2 years of hospital sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in oncology would be an advantage.
- Comfortable engaging with HCPs and working with different healthcare stakeholders.
- Understanding of patient journeys and the healthcare ecosystem within relevant disease areas.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong learning agility.
