We're Hiring: Product Specialist – AI, Data & Smart Manufacturing
Location: Poland or Romania
Are you someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology and working at the intersection of Product, AI, Data, and Smart Manufacturing?
We’re looking for a Product Specialist – AI, Data & Smart Manufacturing to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, customers, product teams, engineering and data teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with customers and business stakeholders to understand challenges, workflows, and opportunities.
- Translate business problems into product concepts, requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and define new AI, data, and Smart Manufacturing use cases.
- Analyze data and use SQL to validate hypotheses and support product decisions.
- Rapidly build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and early product experiences using modern AI-assisted and low-code/no-code tools.
- Explore and evaluate GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and copilots for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams on technical feasibility, architecture, integrations, and delivery.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for pilots and prototypes.
- Participate in customer workshops, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
- Gather feedback and translate it into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Work with global teams across the U.S. and Europe.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Solutions, Consulting, Business Technology, or a related role.
- Strong business acumen and experience working directly with customers/stakeholders.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical technology solutions.
- Strong product thinking and experience taking ideas from concept → prototype → delivery.
- Good technical understanding of AI, data, cloud, and modern technology platforms.
- Hands-on SQL and data analysis experience.
- Experience with rapid prototyping or proof-of-concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
