Job Summary
As a Product Solution Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to our customers professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve product-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support eCommerce operations, including online order enquiries, post-purchase support, and service-related requests.
- Coordinate with end users, distributors, dealers, service partners, and internal stakeholders on RMAs, parts orders, and service activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Safeguard customer information and ensure proper handling of personal data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and operational insights.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service; call centre or Customer Success experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in the Acoustics or HiFi industry is an added advantage.
- Technical knowledge of HiFi, acoustics, and wireless products such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and routers is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or other SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
