Job Purpose
Manage branches with respect to Liabilities business, with specific focus on GBG. Build and manage relationships with key account holders and Government departments to ensure proper funding in their accounts. Overall achievement of Liability business targets of the branches mapped.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all focused accounts in the mapped branch catchment.
- Responsible for acquisition of focused accounts.
- Responsible for timely servicing of all mapped accounts.
- Work on opportunities as highlighted by GBG.
- Responsible for acquiring high-value accounts.
- Maintain behavioural alignment with the Always You First ideology of the organization.
- Possess good communication and influencing skills; knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
- Be confident and achieve sales targets while maintaining constant focus on service.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and honesty and ensure discipline at all times.
- Must possess previous branch-handling experience.
- Handle people management responsibilities.
- Willingness to work hard and put in the required effort.
Education Qualification
Graduation: BA / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech / BE or any other graduate degree.
Experience
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
