The PSM CMS will manage sales for the full suite of Payments & Collections Solutions for non-individual clients. The role focuses on CMS activations, liability buildup, throughput, fee income, and driving overall CMS product adoption within the assigned catchment.
Key Responsibilities-
Drive CMS value buildup & segment-wise solution's
Onboard clients for Integrated CMS Solutions
Work closely with RMs for NTB and existing client CMS facilities
Ensure CMS activations (D0 & M0) to enhance client stickiness
Grow the CMS liability book & improve product penetration
Conduct product trainings for branches & cross-functional teams
Act as CMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for frontline teams
