About This Role
This role is for a Product Owner or Associate Product Owner who will act as a mini CEO for the product, ensuring its sustainable growth. You will define product direction, communicate with stakeholders, and lead the development team to success, bridging business and technical aspects to meet market needs and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as mini CEO of the product to ensure sustainable growth
- Engage with potential customers to find and understand problems and needs
- Develop innovative solutions with a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to create value that meets needs
- Validate, strategize, and drive business with the team by discussing with relevant people to test and confirm hypotheses, plan business momentum, assist in closing sales, and work with all relevant sectors
- Define and communicate the product vision, and adjust feature priorities based on user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to create products that offer maximum value
- Manage and maintain the Product Backlog, prioritizing and updating it regularly based on data and feedback
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear product requirements
- Analyze data and metrics to track product progress and support decision-making

- Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- (Plus+) At least 1-3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Associate Product Owner, or Product Manager role will be a special consideration
- Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-changing environment
- Ability to analyze data and think analytically to support strategic decision-making
- Experience in the ICT industry and understanding of technology
