The Role
• Shape the core processes and associated tool suite for tomorrow, influencing culture, collaboration, and efficiency across the entire organization.
• Consistently focus on the needs of internal customers, manage a clear backlog, and ensure transparent, goal-oriented communication with all stakeholders.
• Independently take on the Product Owner role within your Scrum team, making informed decisions and driving product development results.
• Collaborate with your team to advance the tool suite, currently comprising specific development tools and a modern web application, and drive its strategic evolution.
• Actively influence product development processes across the entire group and contribute to agile transformation through clear visions, priorities, and continuous improvements.
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum team, with a proven track record in managing complex product landscapes.
• A university degree in IT or Management (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Management) or a comparable field.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), proficient use of common development and collaboration tools, and a strong interest in process and change management.
• Excellent English language skills and at least good German language proficiency (written and spoken).
• An agile mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, compelling presentation abilities, and a passion for collaborative work in international, cross-functional teams.
