The Product Owner plays a crucial role in leading mobile application development initiatives, ensuring that projects adhere to industry best practices and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and support mobile application development initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and technical standards.
- Review mobile application architectures, technical designs, and development approaches to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the mobile application development lifecycle.
- Monitor application quality and identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate project activities, and communicate technical progress effectively.
- Support troubleshooting, technical reviews, and continuous improvement of mobile applications.
- Participate in business travel as required for project meetings, stakeholder engagement, or other business activities.
- Coordinate with international teams and accommodate extended working hours when necessary to align with the Germany time zone.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in mobile application development or a closely related technical field.
- Strong technical background in mobile application development, including development best practices, architecture, and application lifecycle management.
- Proven experience working on mobile application projects, supported by a demonstrable project portfolio or previous work experience.
- Good understanding of mobile application performance, security, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions and provide recommendations based on business requirements and development best practices.
- Willingness to travel for business when required.
- Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours to support collaboration with teams in Germany.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
