About The Role The role supports the planning and execution of ACM and ECM campaigns across assigned products, leveraging customer insights and data to maximize impact. The role contributes to strategic marketing initiatives, develops communication plans and creatives, coordinates with agency partners, and ensures campaigns comply with governance and regulatory standards while driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of Acquisition and Existing Client Marketing (ECM) campaigns for assigned products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Assist in defining target audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategic marketing and digital experience initiatives, identifying opportunities to test, optimize, and improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with third-party creative and media agencies to deliver quality marketing programs.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and techniques, recommending and testing innovations where relevant.
- Support the development of communication strategies, positioning, and creatives for assigned products, ensuring proper execution of ECM strategies.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and risk standards, applying ethical judgment and escalating issues as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience or background in Marketing (Brand or Product Management) or Advertising Agency, with working knowledge of creative development process and digital marketing
- Has the creative ability to conceptualize and ideate, while possessing strong project management skills to execute excellently
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, consistently demonstrates the ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams to successfully deliver Business needs
- Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management
- Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success
- Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness
- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe applications
- On-time and in-full execution of campaigns
- Achievement of business objectives, including sales growth, NTB acquisition, revenue targets, and customer retention
