Your Role And Responsibilities

In addition, within the scope you will be developing and executing product marketing strategies for Canada aligned with global strategy to meet business objectives. Each day you will lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launch readiness, sales enablement, internal and partner onboarding, and customer-facing support to drive sales and services performance. You will also support the global Product Management in optimizing the low-voltage distribution portfolio (load centers/breakers/meter panels) with a preferred experience in industrial/OEMs and NEMA solutions, including lifecycle management (development, pricing, profitability, and maintenance) to maximize ROI.

This role reports directly to the Product Marketing Director.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Division Liaison & Business Integrator

Portfolio Orchestration Across Multiple Product Families

  • Acts as the solutions architect and manages an assigned portfolio of product lines with accountability for business outcomes, prioritization, and resource coordination, rather than focusing on a single product category or marketing execution.

Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Owns complex cross-functional projects that span multiple product lines, business units, and stakeholders—not just product launches or portfolio management activities.
  • Lead product launch readiness end-to-end, including go-to-market plan, value proposition, competitive positioning, voice-of-customer input, pricing, stocking readiness, and training; advocate market needs to global teams and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Translate standards, market inputs, and customer needs into product roadmaps, specifications, and development/transfer business cases.
