Product Marketing Engineer

About This Role

Planning and executing the full product lifecycle for power stage products is the core of this product marketing role. You will define product visions, establish market strategy, champion customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading power management products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing)
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning
• Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts
• Identify and recommend features that keep our portfolio at the cutting edge
• Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products
• Provide clear direction to the product development team, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements
• Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis
• Create customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation
• Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures for assigned products
• Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated, end-to-end solutions
• Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decision-making
• Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple global offices
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes, and technical errata
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences

Requirements

• BSEE or related fields with 5+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles
• Understanding of power management applications and products
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets
• High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world
• Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment
