About This Role
This director role leads the product marketing team, focusing on electrification products, and is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive business growth. The position suits a leader with a strong technical background in electrical engineering who can define product value propositions and ensure market needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with global business objectives
- Define product value propositions and market positioning based on customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights
- Drive business growth across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities and recommending strategic actions
- Deliver business performance targets through effective demand generation, margin improvement, and portfolio management
- Partner with Sales to drive customer demand through value-based selling, technical expertise, and effective sales enablement
- Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company values
- Build strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and feeder factories to ensure market needs are reflected in product development

Requirements
- Bachelor
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong experience in electrification or a solid technical background in electrical engineering
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional and fast-paced environment
