About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to own and evolve our RCM platform.

This person will work closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue Cycle Operations, Compliance, and business leadership to improve the end-to-end revenue cycle—from patient registration and insurance eligibility through claims, payments, denials, and accounts receivable .

The ideal candidate understands both healthcare RCM workflows and technology products and can translate complex operational requirements into clear product priorities, user stories, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Revenue Cycle Management platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and RCM Operations to define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
• Improve end-to-end RCM workflows, including:
• Patient registration
• Insurance and payer management
• Eligibility and benefits verification
• Prior authorization
• Charge capture
• Claims submission and processing
• Payment posting
• Denial management
• Patient billing
• Accounts receivable
• Identify opportunities to increase automation, improve collections, reduce denials, and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to understand user pain points and translate them into product solutions.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Compliance and business teams to support payer, regulatory, and healthcare requirements.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert and internal voice for the RCM product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• Strong healthcare technology experience required.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, claims, payer workflows, and reimbursement required.
• Experience working with RCM, PMS, medical billing, claims, clearinghouse, or healthcare SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing B2B SaaS or enterprise healthcare products.
• Strong ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle, including eligibility, claims submission, payments, denials, and patient responsibility.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payer and clearinghouse integrations .
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and transactions such as X12/EDI, 270/271, 276/277, 835, and 837 .
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or CCDA .
• Experience with RCM reporting, analytics, or product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Looker, or GA4.
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare payers, Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance.
• Experience in a healthcare technology or high-growth HealthTech company.
• Experience with design and workflow tools such as Figma or Miro.
