Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies for the assigned portfolio to achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and drive effective marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain stakeholder alignment and ensure successful execution of brand plans.
- Monitor brand performance and deliver agreed business goals and KPIs.
- Partner with the sales team through regular field visits to support marketing initiatives and gather customer and market insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned therapeutic area to support brand strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy or biomedical science
- 2 years of product management experience in Oncology/Hematology/Specialty Care
- High business and marketing acumen
- Strategic thinker and solid marketing competencies
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
