Job Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities
Gather customer insights and translate them into product improvement opportunities
Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional requirements
Develop business cases, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product launch plans
Evaluate promotional campaigns and recommend improvements aligned with product strategy
Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams
Support product planning, feature prioritization, testing, UAT, and product releases
Prepare product performance reports and recommend data-driven enhancements
