Job Description
- Design, develop and build new HR service offerings
- Creating and executing go-to-market strategies to build all HR portfolios/services through strategic planning for hiring, payroll, etc.
- Accelerating revenue growth by creating end-to-end digital journeys for client onboarding and servicing
- Establishing new product partnerships for clients for all HR related aspects
- Lead collaboration among all HR product functions
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics for the purpose of external and internal reporting
- Analyze, prepare and present data-driven insights and actionable items for HR team as part of multiple projects
- Preparation of regular dashboards for CHRO and senior HR leaders on key people metrics
- Ensure revamps/reviews are incorporated in a timely manner.
Job Purpose
As a Product Manager for a consulting firm, the incumbent should be able to design, develop, make tailor-made services and offer those services as a product to the client in order to make additional revenues and offer additional services with diversified product features.
Educational Qualifications
Key Skills
Graduation (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or HR) with MBA
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of basic HR processes
- Good coordination skills
- Excellent/expert level working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Programming skills desirable
- Statistical analysis and modeling
Experience Required
- Experience in years: 4-6 years in either product or HR leadership positions
- Experience in creating ad-hoc reports
- Exposure to HR reporting/analytics preferable
- Experience in data tools like PowerBI or Tableau preferable
