Job Title: Product Manager-Corprate Product Management

About The Role This role will lead the end-to-end management and growth of corporate cash management products, driving profitability, revenue generation, and market competitiveness through strategic product development and lifecycle management. Partner closely with sales, relationship managers, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to deliver innovative client solutions, ensure successful product implementation, and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing new product capabilities, and executing commercialization strategies that support business growth and client needs.
What You'll Do
- Manages cash management products by:
- Analyzing and ensuring the profitability of the product volume, ADB and revenues
- Conceptualizing marketing plans and selling strategies to push product sales and product conversations to generate business volumes and achieve bottom line revenues
- Ensuring execution of the product implementation, includes participating in ICR discussion and coordinating with onboarding sales, operations, IT, and risk
- Ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal policies
- Working closely with sales team and RMs for customized deals
- Analyzing the cost of the product managed, providing recommendations for lowering cost and conducting competitive pricing of products handled
- Performing constant competitive analysis
- Providing assistance, as needed, in helping resolve client specific concerns
- Recommending any ICRs for approval of the TBC head , sales head or product head
- Working closely with vendors
- Under the supervision of senior product manager, develop innovative product variants to cater to the growing needs and requirements of clients and ensure continued product superiority which will translate to business volumes
- Interfacing with the sales team and RMs to ensure that products being developed meet the customer requirements
- Preparing the concept approval to obtain senior management approval for a project including financial requirements
- Leading a project team composed of various stakeholders such as operations, risk, compliance legal, finance and IT to develop solutions, based on customer requirements
- Ensuring that deadlines for the product are met and escalated to the Senior Manager / Product Head in case of delays or difficulties
- Seeking BSP approval and preparing marketing plans prior to the commercialization of product
- Responsible for overall product management of product/s handled
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or any related field is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the banking industry
- Proven track record in product development, lifecycle management, and strategy execution
- Experience in managing Check Deposit, Cash Management, Mobile Channel Solutions, Collections or Disbursement is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
