Your Role In Our Team

• Provide technical and commercial sales support during the pre-order phase.
• Promote secondary machine sales and related installed base solutions.
• Create customized proposals for the installed base of secondary machines.
• Conduct customer-specific usage analyses and propose suitable machinery concepts.
• Prepare product presentations and technical sales documentation.
• Manage complex and critical customer projects in collaboration with customer representatives and colleagues across the global network.
• Clarify technical and commercial queries to support the sales team.
• Develop strategies, shape the product vision, and define long-term goals and roadmaps.
• Understand user needs, customer pain points, and market trends.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear technical requirements, bridging customer needs, sales, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues at the headquarters in Germany and sales offices worldwide.

Your Profile

• Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's, or MBA qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with strong academic results.
• Profound practical experience in a technical position, demonstrating confidence and expertise.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Experienced technical professional seeking a challenging position in an international environment.
• Well-developed social competence with the ability to quickly adapt to different cultures and work effectively with people of diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of current MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SAP.
