Overview

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital software products supporting the legal industry.

The Product Manager will own product strategy and roadmap execution while partnering with clients, business stakeholders, software engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

The ideal candidate is a mid level Product Manager with experience independently owning software products, conducting ROI analysis, defining product metrics, and delivering SaaS or digital products to external customers.

Legal technology, legal services, claims administration, settlement administration, or class action experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and feature development.
• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Define product requirements, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and support software releases.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, resources, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct market, competitive, technology, and vendor research.
• Evaluate third party solutions and platforms.
• Conduct ROI analysis and evaluate revenue and cost reduction opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Use product analytics and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go to market strategies and product launches.
• Work directly with clients, users, and prospects to understand business needs.
• Demonstrate and train stakeholders on new product capabilities.
• Measure product and feature adoption and success.
• Partner with UX/UI and engineering teams to deliver a strong user experience.
• Serve as a hands on product leader in a fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience independently owning a software product or product portfolio.
• Experience developing and launching SaaS, cloud based, or enterprise software.
• Experience with product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with external customers, clients, or users.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining product KPIs and metrics.
• Experience conducting ROI analysis and using data to support product decisions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products and features.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in legal technology, legal software, legal services, claims administration, settlement administration, class action, or mass tort.
• Experience with usability or interaction design.
• Market and competitive research experience.
• Experience working with third party software vendors.
• Experience launching products into new markets.
• Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
