About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to support a Warehouse Automation team focused on improving warehouse systems, inventory operations, and supply chain efficiency.
This Product Manager will serve as a key partner between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive enhancements to warehouse technology and processes. The role will work closely with developers, designers, operations teams, and business partners to translate operational needs into product priorities and deliver incremental business value.
The ideal candidate brings a strong Product Management or Technical Product Management background within supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage product roadmaps for warehouse and supply chain systems
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize product enhancements
- Support technology and automation initiatives across warehouse operations
- Translate warehouse and inventory requirements into actionable product requirements
- Analyze operational and product data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Support applications, reporting models, and business reviews using the Microsoft Suite
- Drive product strategy while balancing business priorities, technical requirements, and customer needs
- Communicate product plans, recommendations, and results across multiple levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to successfully deliver system and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Product Manager or Technical Product Manager experience supporting technology-driven products or systems
- Supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience
- Experience supporting warehouse systems, warehouse automation, or inventory management
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing requirements
- Ability to access, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions
- Experience partnering closely with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting business reviews and presenting recommendations to leadership
- Strong understanding of inventory movement, management, or sorting processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Previous experience supporting third-party warehouse management systems
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies or initiatives
- Technical Product Management experience within a large-scale supply chain or fulfillment environment
