Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for a high-impact platform area.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to deliver customer value.
- Identify opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Prioritize initiatives and manage execution from concept through launch.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve product outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within a technology, internet, or digital business.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong experience with AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, etc.
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making, using tools like SQL and Looker.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platform, data, marketplace, or e-commerce products.
- Familiarity with experimentation and iterative product development.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or emerging technologies.
