The Role
• Own and drive a portion of the Revenue Growth Management product portfolio, including enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Partner with product managers across related domains to align priorities and deliver connected customer experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to deliver insight-driven capabilities that improve decision-making and business performance.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, translating business goals and customer insights into actionable priorities.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery through interviews, workflow analysis, and data review to uncover unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate customer and business problems into product requirements, experiments, and iterative solutions.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management working with Agile product teams.
• Strong understanding of modern product management practices, including customer discovery, iterative delivery, and outcome-driven product development.
• Experience working with analytical, reporting, or data-driven products, translating business questions into actionable insights and user-focused solutions.
• Ability to gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
