About the role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and pragmatic Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap , ensuring that our products meet both business objectives and user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Marketing and Compliance, to turn market insights and customer feedback into impactful product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer research to identify opportunities and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Lead the development of user-centered products , prioritizing features and initiatives that maximize customer value and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Use data, analytics and performance metrics to support decision-making, measure product success and continuously optimize outcomes.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog , balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations and available resources.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle , from concept and discovery through development, launch and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress and roadmap changes clearly and transparently to key stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, growth and innovation .
- Ensure products are delivered on time, efficiently and with a strong focus on business impact and measurable results .
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field . A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management , preferably within digital products, gaming or other technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with proven experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes .
- Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A highly task- and goal-oriented mindset , with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and make decisive, data-informed decisions .
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how product decisions contribute to business growth and customer value .
- Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry is a strong plus.
