About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify product enhancement opportunities and manage new product development initiatives.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from concept development through launch and post-launch management.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Present product recommendations and updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Development, or related functions.
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering domains preferred.
