The Role Ready to make your mark? Here's what you'll be driving:
- Managing the end-to-end NPI process, from initial design transfer through to production
- Leading cross-functional project teams and keeping deliverables on schedule
- Preparing and reviewing customer quotations using cost estimation methodology
- Conducting P&L analysis and supporting pricing discussions with sales and customer teams
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges at first article (FA) stage
- Driving first-pass yield improvements through root cause analysis and problem solving
What We're Looking For We want someone who brings energy, urgency, and initiative to everything they do:
- 2-3 years of experience in a product or manufacturing engineering role
- A proactive, driven approach with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset
- Confidence in interpreting technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications
- An understanding of cost estimation, quotation processes, and commercial awareness
- A clear and confident communicator across functions and with customers
