Responsibilities

- Partner with Program Management to define and maintain clear engineering roles and accountability frameworks.
- Serve as a change agent to shift from traditional hierarchical norms to a culture of cross-functional engagement.
- Foster psychological safety, encouraging engineers to participate in problem-solving and challenge assumptions.
- Apply expertise in polymers and product engineering to guide the development of new technologies.
- Oversee complex Retail development projects, ensuring speed and engineering rigor.
- Manage dynamic OEM programs, upholding on-time commitments and customer service excellence.
- Build and implement new engineering processes that improve global efficiency and innovation quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within polymers or related manufacturing technologies.
- Demonstrated success in transforming engineering organizations, especially in traditional cultures.
- Strong technical acumen in polymer chemistry, tooling, and product design engineering.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Experience in global consumer goods or performance products is a plus.
