This role involves the design, development, and continuous improvement of automotive plastic fasteners and small components, from initial concept through to serial production. As the technical reference for projects, the Product Designer works closely with Account Managers, Quality technicians, and Manufacturing teams to deliver new solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring technical robustness, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects within an international environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across several European locations.
