Product Designer

About This Role

This Product Designer role involves taking ownership of the design process from start to finish, brainstorming solutions, and iterating on visuals and interactions. Working with the product team, you will design WalkMe's products and services, actively researching, prototyping, and designing core products to elevate them visually and functionally.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to define, design, and deliver amazing products
• Design interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns and creating new ones, across our platforms
• Create user journeys and product flows
• Define users' needs, motivation, and pain points
• Create Wireframes, from rough sketches to rich prototypes
• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver to development
• Be part of a dynamic workplace where you'll collaborate with various product and engineering teams, locally and overseas
• Work closely with global teams and stakeholders at SAP
• Put yourself in the mindset of WalkMe users leveraging user research to better understand core and target users
• Conduct usability tests to help inform design improvements
• Stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in leading SaaS product companies, designing complex B2B products and workflows
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using coding agents and vibe-coding tools such as (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar platforms) to rapidly build, iterate, and ship products to production
• Experience with Figma
• Passion for design
• Proficient in fundamental visual and interaction design principles
• Understanding the product lifecycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing
• Team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm
• High level of English - a must
