About This Role
Designing and improving the user experience across a B2B SaaS platform is the core of this role, working hands-on to enhance existing features and create new ones. This position suits a Product Designer with a strong understanding of the full design process, from discovery to implementation, who thrives in a collaborative product and engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and accessible experiences across a B2B SaaS platform
- Own the design process from discovery, research, and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI and implementation
- Create user flows, interactive prototypes, and reusable UI components
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and validate designs using customer feedback
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems
- Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
- Support engineering teams throughout implementation and review completed designs
- Apply accessibility principles and WCAG best practices
- Use Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience
- Experience working within a SaaS or product-led technology business
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems
- Experience with or knowledge of Figma Make
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, and usability testing
- Experience creating responsive and accessible digital products
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Experience working in agile product teams
Nice to have:
- B2B SaaS, HRTech, or enterprise software experience
- Experience modernising existing platforms or simplifying complex workflows
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, or React
- Experience using product analytics and customer feedback to guide design decisions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and rapid prototyping tools
