About This Role

This Staff Product Designer role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company's products, driving design excellence, and delivering delightful customer experiences. You will lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives: Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
• Lead the development of end-to-end features and services that resonate with users
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business partners, to build coherent, high-quality experiences that are both functional and delightful
• Advocate for Design Systems: Champion the Deel UI/Design System strategy, driving adoption through an iterative approach that balances consistency with innovation
• Design and prototype at speed: Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features based on a deep understanding of business, customers and technology, to deliver thoughtful solutions even in the face of ambiguity
• Mentor and guide: Provide mentorship to Product Designers, offering constructive feedback
