Product Designer

About This Role

Product Designers at White Circle turn complex AI workflows into simple, clear interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day. This role involves evolving the Figma design system, updating current screens, and designing new flows for upcoming features, working directly with product, engineering, and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with
• Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features
• Work directly with product, engineering, and research, with fast iterations and full ownership

Requirements

• 3+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems
• Designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products
• Ability to create basic animations with any tools you prefer
• Use AI tools in your own workflow
