About This Role

This mid-level Product Designer role involves taking features from problem definition through to implementation, translating complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces. The position suits a candidate who combines strong interaction and visual design skills with a practical approach to solving user problems, and who is comfortable working independently, explaining design decisions, and collaborating closely with developers.

• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs
• Contribute to the design system by creating and refining reusable components and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with developers to communicate design intent, address implementation questions, and ensure the quality of shipped features

• Familiarity with mobile and responsive design, including adapting complex desktop workflows for smaller screens
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and reusable component creation
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
