About the role
- Position: Product Business Manager – NAND Flash & Storage Solutions
- Location: Macpherson
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary: Up to $8,000 Basic + Quarterly Incentive + Performance Bonus
- Benefits: 12 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Insurance + WFH Flexibility (To be discussed)
- Duration: Permanent

- Our client is an established technology company seeking an experienced business and product leader to drive growth and commercial performance of its memory and storage portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio growth, market strategy and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute product and business roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales on revenue growth, customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept and validation to launch and phase-out.
- Drive GTM plans including pricing, positioning and product launches.
- Engage key customers and partners to secure adoption and design wins.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and portfolio performance.
- Monitor P&L-related metrics, product mix and profitability.
- Align R&D, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing on execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Management or solution leadership.
- Experience in NAND flash, storage, memory solutions or hardware technologies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SSD, USB, SD and MicroSD technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience supporting Sales and business growth.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven and results-focused.
