About This Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define product features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the employee wellness space
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritization of features, and definition of success metrics
- Analyze user data, feedback, and usage patterns to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication
- Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides to support product adoption and usage
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science Engineering, IT Engineering, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, and innovation
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
