This Product Analyst role is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and performance analysis of Alaska Communications' product portfolio and product catalog systems. The role partners closely with Product Managers, IT, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, vendors, and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate product setup, pricing, packaging, and service availability across ACS platforms. It serves as the primary operational resource and subject matter expert for product catalog management, translating business requirements into system configurations and product catalog changes.
