- Procurement Strategy Execution and Digital Transformation: Driving the standardization and automation of MRO and fixed asset procurement processes.
- MRO, Project-related, and Fixed Asset Procurement Management: Responsible for inquiries, price comparisons, order placement, and delivery follow-up for MRO materials, project-related materials, and fixed assets. Ensure strict adherence to company compliance policies during the procurement process, control project budgets, and utilize procurement strategies and solutions to expedite project implementation and maximize cost optimization.
- Supplier Lifecycle Management: Responsible for supplier sourcing, screening, and performance evaluation. Strictly implement supplier access risk assessments (EHS, anti-bribery, compliance), and establish a stable, high-quality supply foundation through a transparent supplier collaboration mechanism.
- Procurement Data Operation and Analysis: Analyze expenditures based on a digital platform, monitoring the discrepancy between procurement budgets and actual execution. Generate periodic procurement performance reports (Spend Analytics), using visualization to pinpoint cost pain points and propose improvement strategies.
- Process Compliance and Internal Control: Responsible for end-to-end control of PR (Purchase Request) to PO (Purchase Order) within the system, ensuring data consistency and business compliance.
- Business Collaboration and Training: Coordinate across departments including production, engineering, finance to respond promptly to user needs, and provide internal training on procurement processes and system operation.
• 3-5purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost result or related experience
• 3-5 years in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience
• Sufficient in both English and Mandarin
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor degree background preferred
