Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Sourcing Specialist with expertise in Negotiation and Contract Drafting to join our team in Mariveles, Bataan.
As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing suppliers whilst negotiating favourable terms and drafting comprehensive contracts that protect our organisation's interests. This role is essential to ensuring we maintain cost efficiency, quality standards and timely delivery of materials and services across our manufacturing and logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source, identify and evaluate potential suppliers through market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to ensure optimal sourcing opportunities
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, payment terms and service level agreements that align with organisational objectives
- Draft, review and finalise procurement contracts and purchase agreements ensuring clear terms, conditions and compliance with company policies
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition through to delivery and invoice reconciliation
- Maintain accurate supplier records, performance metrics and contract documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance and quality teams to understand requirements and delivery expectations
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and manage underperforming relationships through corrective action plans
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and company procurement policies
- Attend supplier meetings and site visits as required to strengthen relationships and resolve issues
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any 4 years degree in college; Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a related field is advantageous
- 1–5 years' experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain roles with proven expertise in supplier negotiation
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and procurement agreements
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing procedures and supply chain best practices
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes whilst protecting company interests
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance requirements is preferred
