As part of our Global Supply Chain organization, the Procurement Manager / Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring supply continuity, driving cost competitiveness, and enabling successful product introductions through strategic supplier partnerships and cross-functional leadership.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPI), product lifecycle management, and operational excellence initiatives . You will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities while managing complex, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Your focus will be on developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and support the successful launch and ramp-up of new products. Through strong stakeholder management and project leadership, you will ensure seamless collaboration across the organization and contribute directly to Keysight's continued growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of procurement, materials, and supply chain professionals.
  • Define and execute global sourcing and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive New Product Introductions (NPI), product lifecycle management, and strategic business programs.
  • Build strong supplier partnerships and develop technology and sourcing roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
  • Ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, capacity readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Establish governance, accountability, and performance metrics for key initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Significant leadership experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Program Management.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and developing high-performing organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, photonics, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
