  • Establish and lead cross functional sourcing teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, Quality and Operations.

  • Run end-to-end procurement activity including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract development, award and mobilisation.

  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring capability, compliance, on time delivery and continuous improvement across a highly regulated supply base.

  • Lead commercial negotiations for long term manufacturing frameworks, MSAs, SoWs and complex technical contracts.

  • Act as category subject matter expert, providing market insight, cost analysis, supplier capability assessments and strategic direction.

  • Contribute to and lead initiatives such as supplier consolidation, design for manufacture improvements, value engineering, risk reduction and sustainability.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing complex engineered procurement, ideally in power generation, nuclear, energy, aerospace, defence or heavy manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of strategic sourcing, complex negotiations and measurable value delivery.
  • Ability to interpret technical, commercial and financial information to present clear recommendations.
  • Experience working in regulated or highly technical supply chains.
  • Strong planning, organisation and project management capability.
