Procurement Contract Administrator - Healthcare

About This Role

This role involves managing procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor relationships within a healthcare setting. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract negotiations and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, sourcing, and contract administration
• Conduct financial analysis, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and vendor agreements
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and evaluate supplier performance
• Prepare reports, purchase plans, and service-level agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of purchasing, contracting, and vendor negotiation experience
• Financial analysis and procurement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Oracle experience required
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
